Description
The Drainage Maintenance Team Leader leads and participates in teams maintaining county stormwater management facilities and infrastructure, including ditch cleaning, downed-tree removal, and grass and brush cutting in drainage easements. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of drainage facilities construction and maintenance experience or equivalent training and experience, knowledge of safety and equipment operation, a current valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and the ability to focus work-team efforts. The position is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., is part of an approved Career Development Plan, and is open until filled.
