Description
BAE Systems is hiring an ME4 Principal Manufacturing Engineer – Manufacturing Systems for an onsite full-time role in Glasgow, Govan. The position provides technical leadership and mentoring to manufacturing engineers, owns the end-to-end test process for the Manufacturing Execution System, and leads requirements, integration, data governance, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement across digital shipbuilding systems. It requires engineering qualifications and experience with MES, ERM, NC programming, PLM, and CAD/CAM, along with technical leadership and project delivery capabilities. The role is open to BAE Systems employees who have been in their current role for at least 12 months, and the closing date was 9 October 2026.
