Description
Partners Capital is hiring a Principal to lead its Market Data and Security Master functions within the Central Data function. The role owns reference-data integrity across equities, fixed income, derivatives, and FX; establishes data models, identifiers, governance, quality controls, and reconciliation processes; leads market-data sourcing, integration, licensing, and vendor management; and supports data transformation, governance, AI enablement, and cross-functional delivery. The position requires 7–10 years of market or reference data experience, 3+ years of management experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong stakeholder and vendor-management skills. The Massachusetts base salary range is $120,000–$170,000, with possible performance-based incentives and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
