Continuous Composites Inc. is hiring a Principal Materials Engineer to lead the development of high-temperature ceramic matrix composites for aerospace applications using its CF3D continuous-fiber 3D printing technology. The role owns the process from preform development through densification, leads the Materials Team, and collaborates with engineering, operations, business, vendors, and research institutions on multi-year development plans. The position is full-time and on-site in Kent, Washington, with compensation of $215,000–$250,000.
