AECOM is hiring a Principal Mechanical Engineer for its Buildings & Places sector, specializing in data centre design and delivery. The role leads mechanical engineering projects across multidisciplinary teams, represents AECOM’s data centre practice across EMEA, and contributes to thought leadership and strategic growth in the technology and data centre sector. The position is hybrid, based in London, Manchester, Belfast, or Plymouth, and requires extensive data centre project experience, professional engineering or architectural qualifications, team leadership, knowledge of building systems and permitting, Revit proficiency, and willingness to travel.
