CHAOS Industries is hiring a Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical integration of ruggedized electronics, effectors, launchers, mechanisms, and support equipment into ground- and sea-mobile platforms for aerospace and defense applications. The role spans concept development through detailed design, analysis, prototyping, qualification, production, and sustainment, requiring platform-level mechanical design, CAD, structural and thermal analysis, system integration, customer and supplier interface, and technical leadership. It is a full-time, on-site position in El Segundo, California, with a targeted base salary of $175,000–$215,000 and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
