Description
The Principal Mechanical Engineer is a senior specialist responsible for complex mechanical engineering analysis, design, calculations, documentation, and project execution. The role may lead a mechanical discipline team, coordinate with engineering, procurement, project management, customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies, manage technical and workforce resources, and guide less experienced engineers. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, 15–20 years of oil and gas experience with a major contractor or consultant, strong structural knowledge, and fluent English.
