Description
The Exploration Company is hiring a Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead the Mechanical Engineering discipline for Nyx Earth, a spacecraft development programme. The role manages a team of mechanical engineers, leads structural design, justification, analysis, testing, qualification, and verification, and coordinates with the Principal CAD Engineer and Vehicle Mechanical Architect. The position requires a degree in aerospace, mechanical, or related engineering, more than 10 years of experience in spacecraft, launch vehicle, aerospace, defence, or high-performance engineering, and expertise in structural design, testing, and space industry standards.
