Description
Worley is seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer to provide technical leadership and oversight for mechanical engineering activities on chemical and power projects. Serving as the Mechanical Discipline Lead, the role covers project phases from conceptual development through detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and troubleshooting; coordinates multidisciplinary teams; approves equipment specifications and vendor documentation; supports regulatory compliance, design reviews, risk assessments, and project planning; and mentors junior engineers. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution, 12 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience, and demonstrated lead experience on capital projects.
