Lumilens is hiring a Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead the architecture, design, development, and industrialization of high-speed OSFP optical transceiver modules, including 800G and 1.6T platforms. The role covers mechanical architecture, thermal management, precision component design, GD&T, EMI/EMC, reliability validation, NPI, manufacturing transfer, supplier qualification, yield improvement, and technical leadership of engineering teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and 12–20+ years of experience in optical transceivers, networking systems, semiconductor packaging, or data center hardware.
