Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Principal Design Engineer to architect and deliver high-performance DRAM circuit compositions for advanced technology nodes. The role covers digital, analog, and memory-core subsystem design; floorplanning, routing, power delivery, timing, parasitics, simulation, silicon validation, and tape-out coordination. The engineer will lead technical reviews, standardize design practices, manage layout and build resources, and serve as a technical interface across design, verification, test, and technology development teams. The position requires a BS in Electrical Engineering or a related field, advanced coursework in CMOS, VLSI, and analog circuits, and strong expertise with Cadence Virtuoso, physical layout, and circuit simulation tools.
