Description
Apheris is hiring a Principal Scientist to lead the expansion of its federated machine-learning platform into small-molecule predictive toxicology and quantitative biology. The role sets scientific strategy, integrates multi-omics, imaging, high-throughput screening, and other drug-discovery workflows, builds and deploys federated models, and leads customer and consortium conversations. It requires strong molecular-AI and deep-learning expertise, experience applying machine learning to drug discovery, and a PhD or equivalent plus at least six years of relevant experience. The position is remote-first, with optional office days in Berlin or another European location.
