Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Principal/MTS Wet Process Development Engineer to lead wet-process technology development, optimization, troubleshooting, and integration for next-generation semiconductor nodes. The role covers wet cleans, etches, vapor-phase processes, strip processes, bevel etch, and copper plating; translates device scaling requirements into roadmaps; supports lab-to-fab technology transfer; collaborates with PI and module teams, vendors, and senior leadership; and contributes to feasibility studies, risk management, and long-term process scalability. The position requires a PhD with 5+ years or a Master’s with 7+ years of semiconductor industry experience, plus 7+ years leading critical projects and deep expertise in wet-process development.
