Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Principal Network Engineer for its Professional Services team, typically dedicated to a single customer. The role serves as a subject-matter expert for HPE data center networking products, providing network design, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, automation, and break/fix support; advising customers on Junos configurations; managing engineering partners; reviewing designs; contributing to cross-organizational projects; and mentoring junior staff. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of data center networking experience, hands-on Juniper product experience, Python test automation, and up to 10% travel. It is a hybrid role requiring an average of two days per week at an HPE office.
