Description
Astera Labs is hiring a Principal NPI Planner to lead supply chain planning and execution for ASIC new product introductions, coordinating cross-functional schedules, material readiness, supply-demand alignment, and launch execution from engineering builds through ramp readiness. The role partners with engineering, operations, procurement, finance, suppliers, OSATs, and manufacturing partners to manage ERP/MRP planning, inventory, risks, and handoff to sustaining or HVM planners, and requires extensive experience in NPI or supply chain planning, strong Excel and ERP/MRP skills, and a bachelor’s degree.
