AHEAD is hiring a Principal Observability & Reliability Architect for its Intelligent Operations practice. The role serves as a senior technical authority and client advisor, architecting enterprise-scale Dynatrace and multi-cloud observability solutions, establishing SRE practices, leading modernization and adoption programs, advising executives, supporting pre-sales, and mentoring architects. It is a full-time remote position based in the United States with occasional travel of 0–15%, and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance plus other benefits.
