Description
Arm is hiring an Observability Engineer to improve service visibility, reliability, and operational excellence across Engineering IT. The role partners with application, infrastructure, cloud, networking, platform engineering, and operations teams to assess observability maturity, establish standards, develop monitoring and telemetry strategies, build dashboards and service health views, and guide teams using Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, and related enterprise technologies. The position requires 14 years of experience in observability, monitoring, Site Reliability Engineering, platform engineering, or a related field, and may involve production support and a paid on-call rota.
