Nscale is seeking a Principal/Staff Observability Platform Engineer to define, build, and lead the technical direction of their observability platform. This role involves setting the architectural roadmap, raising engineering standards, and ensuring scalable solutions for deep visibility into GPU clusters, AI workloads, and infrastructure. The engineer will focus on creating simple-to-operate, understandable, and self-evidently correct platforms, partnering with various teams to embed observability and mentor the team.
