Workwize is hiring two Principal Operations Managers to lead distinct pillars of its Service Operations function: one focused on logistics from order placement through device delivery, and the other focused on warehousing and asset lifecycle management. Both roles report to the Group Service Manager, manage 10+ people including 3–5 direct reports, own operational performance and third-party networks, lead service quality and vendor management, and contribute to strategy, commercial outcomes, and client retention. The posting requires at least five years of operational leadership or management consulting experience, with relevant experience in start-up or scale-up operations, IT hardware, logistics, or warehousing.
