HealthPartners is hiring a Principal Oracle HCM Cloud Developer to design, develop, integrate, configure, test, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The role covers Oracle Integration Cloud, REST and SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, HCM extracts, BI Publisher, SQL, Fast Formulas, Value Sets, and User Defined Tables, while partnering with functional stakeholders and contributing to security releases, performance optimization, and technical mentorship. It is a hybrid position with primarily remote work, occasional onsite meetings, and an on-call rotation, with compensation of $51.85 to $77.77 per hour.
