Description
HealthPartners is hiring a Principal Oracle HCM Cloud Developer to design, develop, integrate, configure, test, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The role covers Oracle Integration Cloud, REST and SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, HCM extracts, BI Publisher, SQL, Fast Formulas, Value Sets, User Defined Tables, and core HR, payroll, benefits, and absence modules. The position reports to the Manager of IT Shared Services, collaborates with the HCM Product Team, participates in an on-call rotation, and offers a hybrid arrangement primarily remote with occasional onsite meetings.
