Cockroach Labs is hiring a Principal Solutions Architect for its Americas partner team to lead technical strategy and go-to-market plans across Cloud, ISV, OEM, and GSI partners. The role owns integration opportunities, builds and certifies technical assets, advises partners and customers, leads architecture and POC discussions, supports internal validations, and develops reusable architectures, SDKs, demos, and developer content. Candidates need 10+ years of relevant experience, strong cloud and database expertise, hands-on technical and presentation skills, and the ability to travel. The position follows a hybrid model and offers an annual base salary of $188,000–$210,000 USD plus commission and benefits.
