Description
Antares is hiring a senior technical leader to own the development of novel payloads, sensors, instruments, and related technologies for nuclear-enabled space missions. The role leads conceptual design, prototyping, simulation, trade-off and make-or-buy decisions, customer and stakeholder engagement, licensing, market research, and end-to-end mission integration. Candidates need a PhD or master’s degree in engineering or physics, at least 10 years of technical experience including 5 years of leadership, and experience with DOD, DOE, or the Intelligence Community; space-domain awareness, space control, and relevant physics are also required.
