ABC Fitness is hiring a Principal People Partner to serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders across Information Technology, Information Security, and Legal. Based in Brazil, the role advises on organization design, workforce planning, talent and succession, performance, employee relations, leadership effectiveness, and organizational change while balancing global consistency with local employment requirements. The position requires significant progressive HR experience, including U.S.-based company experience and familiarity with U.S. employment and labor law principles, along with strong analytical, coaching, influencing, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
