Description
Ralliant is hiring a Principal Platform Engineer to build and operate shared, AI-first software platforms used by multiple operating companies. The senior individual contributor will work across cloud engineering, DevOps, site reliability engineering, and software engineering; design and ship platform services, establish architecture standards and golden paths, improve AI-assisted software delivery, own reliability, security, and cost, and mentor engineers. The role requires 15+ years of experience, strong AWS or equivalent cloud expertise, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, GitOps, SRE practices, backend programming, cloud-native security, and exceptional cross-organizational communication.
