Description
The Principal Platform Engineer will provide technical and strategic leadership for MTA’s enterprise service-management platforms, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and related capabilities. The role owns platform architecture, configuration, integrations, performance optimization, governance, security, testing, documentation, supplier relationships, and platform upgrades, while mentoring engineers and collaborating with Infrastructure, Security, Network, and Application teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, multiple relevant certifications, and extensive enterprise platform and DevOps experience.
