Description
Oracle is hiring a Principal Platform Software Engineer for its OCI Robotics Cloud team to own a major robotics cloud service or platform component. The role owns architecture, design, implementation, testing, production delivery, and continuous improvement of scalable cloud-native services supporting robot onboarding, identity, fleet and mission management, telemetry, digital twins, simulation, AI-powered robotics, and software lifecycle management. The engineer will define secure APIs, SDKs, edge interfaces, and AI-assisted robot onboarding capabilities; connect simulation, telemetry, evaluation, deployment, and learning feedback loops; and lead cross-functional technical execution. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least seven years of software development experience, strong backend and distributed-systems expertise, and experience with cloud-native technologies.
