Oracle is seeking a Principal Software Development Engineer for its Internal Oracle Database (IOD) team to design, build, and operate highly scalable, reliable, and automated database services for mission-critical Oracle Cloud Infrastructure workloads. The role combines software engineering and database administration expertise to develop distributed systems, automation, self-healing workflows, observability, remediation, and operational improvements across global cloud regions, while troubleshooting complex production issues and contributing to architecture and engineering initiatives.
