Description
Renesas is seeking a Senior Power Module Design Engineer to own the end-to-end electrical design of high-density power modules for CPU/GPU/xPU core power and AI server power delivery. The role covers architecture definition, advanced packaging integration, PDN extraction, inductor and silicon pinmap design, thermal modeling, bench characterization, and DFM/DFT support. Candidates need a BSEE or MSEE, at least five years of hands-on power electronics design experience, strong multiphase buck and high-current power-module experience, and proficiency with power electronics design, simulation, PCB layout, magnetics, thermal, and debugging tools.
