The role involves reviewing complex engineering deliverables, leading multidisciplinary teams, supporting major pursuits and business growth, and mentoring future engineering leaders. Candidates need extensive experience with high-voltage primary substation engineering, project delivery, technical governance, client engagement, and related primary systems, equipment specification, safety, constructability, utility standards, and renewable-energy or grid-connection work.
