Description
Renesas is seeking a Process and Device Engineer to define, evaluate, and document semiconductor process technology nodes in collaboration with foundry partners. The role supports product design and layout engineers through process technology selection, DRC and layout verification, SPICE model review, test-chip development, yield and quality issue resolution, and process documentation. It also involves developing process roadmaps, benchmarking foundry technologies, and mentoring junior engineers. The position requires at least 10 years of semiconductor process or device engineering experience, foundry interface experience, and expertise in BCD, LDMOS, high-voltage power devices, and analog mixed-signal processes.
