Description
WD is hiring a Senior Process Engineer to develop and integrate advanced semiconductor device technologies from early research through pilot manufacturing. The role involves hands-on cleanroom work across lithography, etch, deposition, implantation, metallization, and wafer-handling processes; process characterization, DOE, yield analysis, root-cause investigation, vendor coordination, and transfer of processes to pilot manufacturing. Candidates need a BS, MS, or PhD in a relevant field and at least five years of semiconductor process development experience.
