Description
ASM is hiring a Principal Process Engineer to research, develop, and optimize semiconductor processing processes for oxidation, annealing, curing, ALD, PEALD, epitaxy, and PECVD across logic, memory, analog, power, and MEMS applications. The role involves complex experimentation, materials and electrical characterization, process consulting, technical publications, intellectual property, customer demonstrations, and mentoring, with possible supervisory duties. Candidates need a master’s or PhD in a relevant field and at least seven years of combined education, research, and work experience in semiconductor thin-film deposition and materials characterization.
