Codexis is seeking a Process Engineer to lead process development, scale-up, and technology transfer for its Enzyme Catalyzed Oligonucleotide (ECO) Synthesis manufacturing platform. The role involves advancing the platform from bench to cGMP production, developing engineering design tools, supporting vendor qualification, and ensuring documentation, safety, and regulatory compliance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in chemical or biochemical engineering with 10+ years of relevant industrial experience, or an M.S. with 8+ years, along with expertise in flow chemistry, biocatalysis, or oligonucleotide synthesis technologies.
