Engeny is hiring a Principal Process Engineer for its Integrated Water Planning team in Melbourne. The role leads technical direction and project delivery for water, wastewater, and recycled water projects; supervises project teams; prepares proposals and business cases; supports business development; mentors junior staff; and facilitates client and stakeholder workshops. The position requires a chemical engineering degree, extensive consultancy experience in water treatment, and strong project leadership and communication skills. It is available on full-time, part-time, or job-share terms and offers a Melbourne CBD office with remote and hybrid working options.
