Description
Costain is hiring a Principal Process Engineer for its Asset Optimisation Team, providing wastewater process engineering consultancy across the United Kingdom. The role involves strategic support for water-sector frameworks, management of asset optimisation projects, and leadership of teams developing process optimisation solutions at feasibility, concept, optioneering, and preliminary design stages. The position specifically requires experience with large activated sludge plant design and/or membrane treatment processes. It is predominantly home-based, with site visits, design reviews, and client meetings often in the Manchester and Cheshire area approximately two to three days per week.
