Description
LGC Clinical Diagnostics is hiring a Principal Process Engineer to serve as the site technical lead for current-state process performance in regulated in vitro diagnostics manufacturing. The individual-contributor role leads business-as-usual process engineering, capability and control, recurring technical problem solving, yield and right-first-time improvement, Operational Excellence, and Shingo deployment, while supporting validation, expansion, new product introduction, and technology transfer. The position requires a technical degree, typically 10+ years of regulated manufacturing experience, strong process-engineering and statistical-methods expertise, and regular manufacturing-floor exposure.
