Infineon is hiring a Global Senior Technical Leader for its Molded Integrated Power (MIP) product line, focused on the Greater China region. The role combines power-electronics expertise with business acumen to identify and enable opportunities in home appliance and automotive segments, support IPM products and FAE teams, drive technical design-in and product-definition activities, build customer relationships, establish technical partnerships, and represent the product line in standardization and industry groups. The position requires an electrical engineering degree, at least 10 years of semiconductor power-electronics experience, knowledge of widebandgap and power-semiconductor technologies, familiarity with home-appliance and automotive applications, strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, and readiness for regular intercontinental travel.
