Description
Astera Labs is hiring a customer-facing Principal Product Applications Engineer for its Scorpio Smart Fabric Switches team. The role leads technical customer engagements, system design-in, bring-up, debugging, performance tuning, post-silicon validation, and system integration for high-speed connectivity platforms using PCIe Gen 6/7, UALink, UCIe, and related technologies. It also requires cross-functional technical leadership, customer-facing documentation, mentoring, and collaboration with hardware, firmware, software, and signal/power integrity teams. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in product applications, systems engineering, or post-silicon validation involving high-speed connectivity or networking silicon.
