Tripadvisor is hiring a Principal Product Data Scientist to lead the technical direction and strategy of its Product Data Science function. The role focuses on advanced analytics, AI and Agentic AI, experimentation, causal inference, uplift modeling, predictive and customer segmentation models, data science tooling, and high-impact product projects. It also involves advising senior Product and Engineering leadership, mentoring data scientists and analysts, and communicating complex insights across cross-functional teams. The position requires extensive data science or quantitative experience, expert Python and SQL skills, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and collaboration abilities.
