BetterUp is hiring a Principal Product Designer to lead design strategy, craft, systems, and complex product initiatives across its core human-AI product experiences. Reporting to the VP of Product Design, the role partners with Product, Engineering, and Research; shapes design systems and AI product strategy; mentors senior designers; and influences executive stakeholders. Candidates need 10+ years of product design experience, a strong portfolio, leadership experience, and strong design systems and communication skills. The role offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible paid time off, and base salaries of $250,000–$320,000 in New York City and San Francisco, or $230,000–$285,000 in Austin and Arlington.
