Description
New Relic is hiring a Principal Product Designer on its UX Platform team to lead complex, ambiguous design problems across product design and the company-wide Design System. The role focuses on AI-native, non-deterministic experiences and improving AI-first, spec-driven design workflows, while setting quality standards, documenting decisions, partnering with Product and Engineering, deputizing for the Design Director, mentoring designers, and shaping strategic direction. The position may be fully remote, office-based, or hybrid under New Relic’s flexible workforce model; visa sponsorship is not available.
