Description
Astera Labs is seeking an experienced Principal Product Engineer to lead development of next-generation high-speed, high-performance, low-power semiconductor products in advanced process nodes. The role focuses on post-silicon product development, high-speed I/O product test and validation, ATE test-program development for wafer sort and final test, yield and test-time monitoring, data analysis, product/package qualification, and collaboration with silicon validation and manufacturing teams. Candidates need at least eight years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering, and hands-on experience with Advantest 93k or similar ATE platforms; familiarity with SerDes or memory interfaces, C/C++ firmware, and Python scripting is preferred.
