GitLab is hiring a Principal Product Manager, Software Factory to define and own the end-to-end software creation experience, from planning and specification through coding, review, and verification. The role connects capabilities across GitLab Duo Agent Platform and related product areas, partners with product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, identifies gaps and opportunities, and presents product direction to senior and executive leaders. It is a senior, high-visibility product leadership role requiring principal-level product management experience, knowledge of software development workflows, experience with AI, developer tools, DevSecOps platforms, or related technical products, and strong cross-functional communication and judgment.
