Description
Intuit is hiring a Principal AI Transformation Engineer to scale AI-redesigned workflows across non-engineering functions. The role partners with AI Champions, HR Craft Leaders, enterprise architects, telemetry and insights teams, and senior operating leaders to apply approved blueprint patterns, establish baselines, instrument and validate production workflows, ensure behavioral adoption, surface platform gaps, and hand off ownership to business functions. The position requires 12+ years of experience with production AI/ML systems, agentic workflows, or enterprise workflow platforms, at least 3 years driving change in other organizations, enterprise-scale adoption experience, and a bachelor’s degree; it is based in Mountain View or San Diego, California.
