Description
Couchbase is hiring a Principal Product Manager to own the execution of its Couchbase Mobile portfolio, including Couchbase Lite, Sync Gateway, Capella App Services, and Edge Server. The role owns roadmap execution, technical product requirements, release quality, developer experience, customer escalations, and the portfolio’s extension into on-device and edge AI use cases. It requires 8+ years of product management experience, 3+ years of hands-on software development, strong distributed systems and cloud knowledge, and fluency in agile processes. The position is remote and US-based, with a base salary of $160,000–$188,000 USD.
