eCapital is hiring a Principal Product Manager to own the roadmap and execution for one or more fintech product areas. The role partners with engineering, delivery, design, and operations to define requirements, prioritize features, launch products, measure performance, and improve processes. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least four years of product management experience, and strong knowledge of APIs, SaaS architectures, and data-driven decision-making. The position offers $155,000–$200,000 annually plus bonus incentives, PTO, health, dental, and life benefits, and 401(k) matching.
