Description
Mailchimp is hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-powered platform capabilities, public APIs, developer experiences, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) experiences for its third-party developer ecosystem. The role owns federated API supply, developer portals, SDKs, CLI tools, third-party app lifecycle management, trust and governance, and AI-driven agent-callable interfaces, while partnering with Partnerships, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and other cross-functional teams. Candidates need 10+ years of product management experience, deep API and developer-platform knowledge, and hands-on experience with MCP or equivalent agent-callable interfaces.
