Microsoft is hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap, investment prioritization, and lifecycle execution for resiliency, disaster recovery, capacity management, business continuity, reliability, performance, and security capabilities across the Microsoft Dataverse ecosystem powering Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot. The role partners with engineering, business planning, sales, marketing, customer success, support, customers, and senior stakeholders to shape product direction, influence strategic decisions, and improve service readiness and customer trust. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant product, service, program, or software development experience, or equivalent experience, and offers a typical U.S. base pay range of USD $142,800 to $274,800 per year.
