Oracle is hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for OCI Developer Tool Products, with a focus on improving developer experience across the Develop phase of the software development lifecycle and transitioning development teams to AI-native practices. The role partners with engineering, UX, platform, security, compliance, and customer teams to define requirements, roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans; drive customer discovery; and measure adoption, engagement, satisfaction, productivity, and code-quality outcomes. The position requires at least seven years of product management or technical product strategy experience, developer-tool or cloud-platform experience, and familiarity with AI-assisted development. The stated US hiring range is $92,900 to $209,500 per annum, with possible bonus and equity.
